· To advise on tailored finance solutions (if financial advice is provided)

· To assist you to manage your loan repayments, renewals, and refinancing

· Our panel of lenders and insurers to help secure finance or insurance products for you, and to assist you with renewing, varying, replacing and exiting those products
· Credit reporting agencies (e.g., Centrix, Equifax) to obtain your credit history or fill, and to verify details
· Government agencies or regulators, where required by law
· Our trusted service providers (such as IT, hosting, marketing, compliance support, lawyers, accountants )
· Lawyers and other professionals, and our insurers (and their advisers), in connection with defending, protecting and enforcing our legal rights & interests.
A business that supports provision of our services may be located outside New Zealand. This may mean that personal information is held and processed outside New Zealand. We will ensure that the same level of protection applies as if your information is held or processed in New Zealand.
